The venue's position was very central. A tram station was located walk from the hotel. The classic queen room we booked was practical.

Apogia hotel is located close to the center of Nice, 5 min walk away from the Acropolis Congress Center, nice breakfast, polite and friendly personnel
Bad quality of the TV picture. But it's in my room only (#518) as far as I know.

A friendly staff made it better
Woke up every morning to a variety of French pastries and cheeses, setting a cozy atmosphere for breakfast. The staff was so helpful, offering local dining recommendations.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't function properly was good. The bathroom was cramped, a bit of a letdown.

It was very nice and quaint. Good Breakfast. Convenient to tram and the Acropolis for he conference I attended.
I travel a lot and it was fine. It would be nice if they offered free internet. The internet was expensive and is needed for a business traveler like to the conference at the Acropolis.

hotel itself is generally good, really there is some feeling that it would be a good idea to make repairs: both in the rooms and in the common areas. Old carpeting, plumbing isn't the first freshness. It's not critical, it's not at all four. We cleaned the rooms every day, it's good. Location: to the embankment, old town, Massena Square to walk decently, 20 minutes. Around the hotel nothing interesting: roads, cars. Nearby, however, is a large shopping center with a huge supermarket Carrefour and small shops. If you come by car, hotel has a parking lot for 20 euros per day. Breakfast is quite decent, it's no big deal. omelette was not tasty, there were several kinds of cheese, boiled eggs, pastries, cherry tomatoes from vegetables, several kinds of bread, cereals, fruit. cereals, you wouldn't stay hungry, there was no variety. Later we lived in hotels in Cannes and Genoa, breakfasts are almost the same everywhere. Coffee from the coffee machine, not the best. Coffee shops on the street make much more delicious coffee.
Frankly, I did not notice any negative points, but I did not feel any special comfort either. The room is small enough. There's an air conditioner, but it's not adjustable. My daughter used to turn it off all the time because it was blowing right at her and she was even freezing. For the price it was the best option, so you can say that for a period of 1-3 nights you can stop here.

Room cleanliness could use immediate attention!!! Dust and hair left by previous guests, along with outdated facilities that need a revamp!!! Noise from the surroundings hindered a peaceful retreat!!!

Bright place, it was clean and had very polite and courteous staff who provided a great service.
They served very very poor breakfast, it can definitely be improved.

Really loved the cozy atmosphere with fresh croissants and organic juices for breakfast! The only downside was the air conditioning was a bit funky. But overall, a great stay! 😊

It was very handy to the Riquier train station I was travelling to Venice from. I spent little time in the hotel so cannot really comment on more as I arrived at lunchtime and left very early the next morning. The receptionist arranged an airport pickup for me at only 3 hours notice.
Compared to other hotels that I stayed in in France (including Paris), it was quite expensive for the facilities and the location.

Hotel location
This hotel is too expensive for living conditions it provides. The room is very small. The number of tv channels is very limited. There is no fridge, no iron, no coffee machine, no free internet. Even for safe box you have to pay an extra money. I paid 140 Euro per night and even breakfest was not included.
